A 36,000-acre USACE flood-control reservoir on the Yalobusha and Skuna rivers, nationally famous as the best trophy white-crappie lake in America, routinely producing 2-3 lb slabs. Flooded timber, shallow flats and river channels also hold largemouth bass, blue and channel catfish, white bass and bream. Pool fluctuates seasonally for flood control.
