Reservoir spanning Lyon/Trigg/Livingston counties, Kentucky. A 57,000-acre Cumberland River reservoir twinned with Kentucky Lake via a navigable canal, forming one of the largest freshwater fishing complexes in the eastern US. Best known for spring crappie (February through May) plus largemouth bass, white bass, and trophy catfish. Bluegill and redear sunfish are common around shallow flats in early summer.
